I couldn't be more proud, happy, and excited for you. Continue to do things for yourself. It's okay to go out on a limb with fears and doubts. The point is to do it. Do it alone and find new things in yourself each day. Because independence to us when we were sixteen is different from independence to us now, which will also be different to us in another ten years. Don't fear leaving people behind. It's possible to be independent and in a relationship. But people who can't even manage to find their running shoes shouldn't be running the same race as you. Don't fear losing yourself either. It's possible to be independent without losing your compassion.
