Day 6/365 goals. For me slow and steady wins the race. I have to do small things in order to acheive the big goal. Last year my goal was to drink a gallon of water, cut out white sugar, cut out soda, and limit my intake of sweet tea. I achieved my goal! . This year my goal is to increase my green veggies, cut down on carbs to just once a day, sweets only on the weekend, and walk more. . I cant get on a diet because I fail, I cant do the gym because I fail. I know what I can do so I stick to that. I've been slow at this but when I crush my goals I stick to them and dont revert back. I've also changed a lot of the items we use like replacing my old ranch with this one and not eating a lot of processed foods. . What are your healthy goals for this year?
