Anyways when Tenna and Spamton refer to Mike I believe they're referring to an inside joke they made together. Because it's basically just a codeword for their relationship and the happiness they managed to build together. A view into the past and something to never get sullen cuz it was theirs and theirs alone. So ofc Spamton would want to take revenge on everyone except Mike. Because Mike is just a way to say. The memories he built with Tenna.

You can't long for him, he abandoned you! Ruined your life!! But you can long for the jokes you made together, for the times where things were better. You can long for that imaginary character. Created some on some random drunk night out. Together.

"You leave Mike out of this" because how DARE YOU think you could understand it. How dare you suggest you could understand what we had. <-spamton thoughts
