What do you do when you finish your back door tandoori oven? You thrive, just not survive and whip up chicken tikka masala! No need to order out when you have all the ingredients on hand to make a satisfying, nourishing dinner for the family right in your cabinet. I won’t bore you with the ingredient list for masala sauce, as everyone know how simple and easy it is. What I will say is, bringing the LOML and DD together to fill bellies and enrich minds over a delightful, easy meal, is a treat. And somehow, I do it every night, and you can, too! It’s about priorities and I challenge you to our family first. I promise you the dividends never stop paying. I am a man with the richness of family. And an expanding waistline! Hahahahaha! Seeing my family grown in a positive direction everyday is all the thanks one could ask for. Some people can’t spend 18 hours a day preparing nutritious meals for their families and friends but who wants to be that person? It was really hard to leave wife and little fox this morning. Nightmare hard. Anxiety dreams hard. Crying and crying and crying hard. I’m not ready to go back to work. Or leave them ever again.
