The reason Evil!Jon is so quiet is because he’s plotting again. Now that he figured out he physically cant kidnap any Stanleys anymore thanks to the ban Icarus placed on him, he is scheming to find another way to do his investigations.

They hate each other, but are married anyway, get divorced, spend time sulking in peace, see each other after some time, get married, get into fights, get divorced, make deals, constantly one-up another with insider competition, spend a little while swooning into each others arms and being uncharacteristically soft, end up hating each other again after a fight, write threatening love letters and secretly wish for intimacy.

Noo no, he would definitely flirt with her back. He might be too smooth, because normal Jon is a goof who may not get certain jokes or say something incredibly sappy, but evil!Jon would try to seduce her and then lure her away from safety
