Eeveelution Neck Features ! Umbreon

I pretty much left Umbreon's silhouette completely untouched and of course just had to use the markings to do something fun and interesting!

The vision is that, when Umbreon is being intimidating and mysterious (dare I say, Evil as their type truly is!) their neck feature would be a malicious grin marking that glows with the others to appear large and mysterious~
