First day of OMG con was successful. I got to get some con swag, see some nice cosplays, and see the voice actor for Gir! I felt awkward being alone, but I had fun!

I got another tattoo. I might like rats a little too much. Along with myself, two of my closest friends got a tattoo that has a riceball in it. There’s a story, in the anime, Fruits Basket, that the main character tells in order to talk about how we all have good qualities, but we can’t see our own and that you need another person to help you see how good you are. (I know, I’m bastardizing this). She used riceballs as an example in her story. Anyway, it really stuck with us all these years, so we all got a friend tattoo in homage to the anime as well as a testament to our friendship. Anyway, I’ll stop rambling now. :)

I got to say, that this Halloween has been one of the best that I’ve had in several years. I got to pass out candy to children at work, hang out with my besties, loosen up my overly religious grandma, and scored a wonder woman costume. I can’t wait to see what more life has to offer. I’m so glad I moved back home.
