⚔ - Masked Saber

She had doubts about her master teaming up with another. She wouldn’t have mind if it was any other servant. But this one in particular gave her a very very bad vibe. And when she was instructed to do recon with him, she was hesistant to leave him as soon as possible. However, after being told to keep an eye on the other, she had to swallow her emotions and let her honor as a knight show through.

Honestly, this man was dangerous. That is all she knew of him. She had to make sure he knew as little as possible about her in return. They may be friends now, but towards the end of the war, they’d be enemies. 

“So... Caster...” She tried to start a conversation. Honestly, everything about the man was... repulsive. “You uh... reading something there?”

So... what’s so unnerving about Gilles de Rais’ Caster form, anyway? Is it the eyes or something? For her, the Caster’s eyes are funny, looking, but alas, in terms of having conversations with other Servants, there’s no exception. Yet.

And yes, it can be a hunch, but the spellbook he has with him sure evoke a sense of familiarity. Mainly because she’s an avatar of an Outer God. But that, she won’t let bother her that much.

Either way, she would approach the Caster in black coat, looking up to him, and would say “Hi there.” in order to hopefully get his attention.

Surely, she was right to not judge by appearance alone and give the benefit of the doubt in terms of approaching Gilles de Rais as a Caster. Right?
