The real question is if I should keep mainline starwars characters or not. (I've done it before. Could be fun to have a young obiwan. ) its set pre pre pre clone wars and pre episode 1

So the idea goes like this:

Remy is a young Padawan. His master is jean Luc who is a Jedi shadow: a master of getting info. Whose been training Remy in all the sneaking and deception and the disguises. Remy is 9, very young but really skilled. He has his mutant powers plus the ability to pick up emotions left on items when he touches the item with his bare hand. His eyes startle a lot of force users as they look like those of a dark sider. But he's not fallen or dark side or sith.

Jean Luc also trained Jedi knight Henri making Remy and Henri Padawan brothers.

While on a observation mission that was supposed to be safe!!! Their ship is blown up and crashes into a moon and a planet. Remy ends up on the planet and the master apprentice bond is gone. He freaks and immediately starts trying to get home. But they were knocked far off course. He gets captured by slavers and then hauled to a different region of the galaxy.

Creed is a madolorian bounty hunter. He technically is with the true mandolirians but has not entered battle. He would have joined death watch... But he sort of likes kids. Like most reasonable Mando's do. He just doesn't want any of his own.

Until...

Well, he breaks up a slavery ring due to a job and there is a kid there with bright red eyes, mouth stained with blood from fighting that is protecting the older slaves from harm. Showing some real manda. So. Creed does what's normal and adopts the kid on the spot. Huh. No wonder his brother adopts so quick. Remy tries to bite him too but calms as Creed gets his collar and chip removed. Remy doesn't say much about where he is from but the kid gets lost looks sometimes.

Remy still has his kyber crystal, but no lightsaber casing. He builds one while with creed but keeps it secret. He thinks creed might kill him if he finds out he is a Jedi. Jedi and mandolirians are ancient enemies and being a child surely won't change that?

Okay, so. An idea I had: Does Creed ever have to go off into the woods, deep deep into them, and just sit there for a bit, to try not to break down over how he's practically immortal and Remy isn't? And wouldn't he also go in there, and start sobbing after knowing whqts happened to him? Amd when he finds out that Logan, his baby brother and only immortal companion, doesn't remember him and hasn't for the last few decades? I imagine with all of those three things, Creed has to go in there, tear apart some trees and boulders, then sit down, stare into nothingness, and cry in the dark for everything he's lost and will lose...

I like this!! I see Creed as being like some of the people I know where anger and sorrow are echoes each other and he smashes stuff when he is sad. (or nuzzles but in this case he is smashing trees). he only stops smashing when he cannot physically move anymore (or someone he loves come along)

he doesnt attach himself to people often and knowing he will outlive them makes him very possessive of the relationships he does form.

not something ill prolly focus on in the fic but I can see Creed becoming a immortal figure in Remy's children lives and his children's children and children's children. and onwards till the heat death of the earth. Like a kid gets in trouble and gramp gramp kitty rocks up and claws the heck out of whomever is messing with them. he comes to all family meetups, teaches them all how to fight, hunt, roar and sneak. he's there for plays, football games, e-sports competitions and ballet. He misses his original cub, but honors remy's memory by being an loving grandkitty to all his cubs many many cubs throughout the centuries.

God, so much arguing. Snarky remarks, kicking of seats, and angry retorts. These two have so much pent-up anger at each other that it is getting really hard not to light up the van with his powers.
