Started to make a chart for the 1000 Challenge. I am super excited for this. This is just what I needed to start the year off on the right foot. I did make a couple modifications: I am doing crunches instead of sit ups and just leaving out box jumps all together due to my knee injury. Can't wait to see what else @evolutionofacosfitter may be adding in!

 Hey fellow team members! I'm looking forward to working with all of you! First off, hi there, my name is Rich, nice to meet y'all. I'm a father of two girls, and one more pair of feet on the way. I’m also kind of awkward. In general my fitness journey is to make sure I get to see my kids grow up. With that said....as a team we need to figure a couple things out.

 1) Would anyone like to volunteer to be team leader? 

 2) Does anyone have any suggestions for a team name? (I'm completely drawing a blank right now...)

You remind me of my friends back in high school, Tuesday mornings we would all get together at school and they would tell me what happened on Raw or Nitro because I was the only one in the group that didnt have cable but I was also the one in the group that would look up the younger talent and where they came from... 😁❤ and then we would write out stories like we do now with fan fics
