Echo Valley Task 01- Headcanons
01. Grayson usually has deep circles under his eyes from not sleeping or not sleeping well. Even when he falls asleep he doesn’t sleep well because of nightmares of the night his sister was killed.
02. Grayson collects seashells because they remind him of his sister Arielle and collects origami cranes because they remind him of his brother Jason who taught him how to make them. God forbid anyone looks at or tries to touch his collections, even mentioning them pisses him off.
03. Grayson hasn’t talked to anyone about his siblings, not even Ella or Annie, he keeps any information about his siblings locked up tight. He probably wouldn’t mind talking about SJ or Tatiana or even Jason, but he can’t bare even the thought of talking about Arielle.
04. When he’s in a particularly low mood and wants to torture himself, Grayson will play Arielle’s favorite song Like A Prayer on repeat. Arielle had that song playing the night of the accident when they argued and Grayson’s magic caused the car to fail them.
05. Despite his dream of wanting to own or manage a business with his siblings, Grayson now finds it tedious and boring and almost wishes he could find something else that would interest him.
06. When his magic is at it’s darkest the night of the accident replays in his mind over and over again. He remembers every terrifying, horrifying detail from his magic sparking along his nerves, to it lashing out, to Arielle’s wide dark eyes staring at him in terror.
07. When Grayson is having a good, sane day and can feel himself slipping back into the darkness all he wants is his brother Jason. He calls out to him mentally and with magic but knows there is no way that Jason can save him from his own mind.
08. He wants to keep Ella and Annie in the darkness with him to prove that he’s not the only one who is tempted by the darkness, he wants to prove that there’s nothing wrong with him for falling.
09. The Dark side of Grayson yearns to drag a pure White Mataku into the Darkness. He feels like that would be the ultimate display of his power. He compares it to a Devil tempting an Angel and he aches to prove that he can do that.
10. Grayson has contemplated trying to bring his sister back from the dead but doubts that things would be the same if he did. Not even in his darkest moments does he seriously contemplate bringing Arielle back, no matter how much he may want to see her again.
