for an easy [process of your exam application at PRC, you have to do it online. go to http://www.prc.gov.ph/ then click on the online application system or click here: http://www.prc.gov.ph/online/application/
then after you click that, you will see this page and read what is written on the page and click the next button.
then you will be proceeding to the next page (seen below) and read the online application for licensure examination documentary requirements and how to apply. take not for all the requirements and you shall have these all before going to PRC to avoid delay. then after understanding the steps in applying, click the next button.
then you will be heading to another page which is shown below. this is the terms and condition page. and if you understand their terms and condition, you must check the check box there that you are agreeing with it and click the next button.
then find your name examination that is based on your course/profession then choose the exam date and the venue you will be taking it. if you are first timer, just leave 'the number of times taken'. then if your course has two kinds of exam (written and oral) you have to choose which would be the first exam that you will be going to take.
there is a segment for LET and for Marine Deck also.
then below the examination details, after filling it up, you must fill up next the applicant's personal information. you must answer all the data which has an asterisk on it.
then after filling up your personal data, your school information, review center information, and previous exam taken (if you are a repeater) must be filled-up as well. then after you fill-up all the data in this page, click the save button. if you have wrong data, you must click the reset button.
then after you have save the data, you will be transferred to another page which is saying that your application is saved and it will be registered on PRC and you must go to PRC to process the application. on that page also, you will see the rules and regulations regarding the board examinations itself. the do's and dont's while you are taking examination.
i can't feature you a page for that because, i have already passed my board examinations so I dont need to re-apply again at PRC.
so after doing this, go to PRC asap to process the requirements for you to finally take the board examinations just make sure you have all the requirements needed for the application.
