Goodbye dear friend

Oct. 6 will be a day I always remember

It is the day that I lost my best friend

Not in the way that like she died but

That I finally realized she was no longer my bff but only a friend more like an acquaintance.

This is truly a slow moving proceed that is hard to see when you are in the moment but when you look back all the signs are there

It starts out with you so called bff hanging out will different people but your ok with that because you have your own friends too. But then this new person start to take up more of there time, just like a boyfriend, the are constantly together. You can walk around a corner with out seeing them hip to hip whispering about something.

That is the next step when they stop telling you there deepest darkest secrets, and you are deemed untrustworthy for accentually telling the wrong person something. Then it gets to the point where your not told anything, this includes plans for the weekend, who is all going to the big game, getting together to study for a big test ect.

It's almost like your being replaced?

But you don't want to believe that! I mean your talking about your best friend chest they would never do something like that. So you continue on not believing what your seeing in hopes that it will all go back to normal.

But it doesn't

Then one day your having a conversion about something. The topic starts out light, your both joking around when the convo turns south. Soon your in a yelling Match, then argument is so a heated that during it you realize your no longer talking to the person you thought you knew?!? But no this person is no long that amazing bff who you could have told anything to, now she is changed now and no long is in need of you.
