How to use Geography feature in excel?
1.Open Microsoft Excel. 2. Select the cell or cells in which you want to enter the geographical data. 3. Click the “Data” tab on the ribbon. 4. Select “Geography” from the list of data types. 5. Enter the geographical data into the cell(s). 6. Select “Validate” from the “Data” tab on the ribbon. 7. Select “Validate with Geography” from the drop-down menu. 8. Excel will automatically format the data according to the geographic data type.
