Any good solstice gift recommendations? (Not a necklace obviously)

You are absolutely correct. If my column has taught us anything, it's that necklaces should be ruled out. Gifting jewellery in the current clime seems to be resulting in all kinds of messes, none of which you need right now.

Instead, consider one of the following, safer options:

A book

A bottle of spiced wine

An experience, like star-gazing or art classes

A lifetime membership to the Day Court library

Headache powder (because there's no way everyone in Prythian is not suffering daily with the amount of nonsense that goes on)
