Today my Uncle and I went outside for me to practice going up and down on steps while holding one handed onto the railing, for balance. I am suppose to go down with my right foot, because that is the foot with the worst cerebal palsy, then up the steps with my left, I did it 6 times. I did a good job, Uncle told I did also. I felt good, than we went for a short cruise around town, he bought me a drink at Bucky's gas station because I did a good job exercising on the steps. That was really nice of him. I had a great time with him. The pictures are below.

If you don’t feel like working out today, don’t let yourself slack completely. Try to do at least a minimum, even as little as 15 sec. plank or 5 pushups will be good. It still boosts your metabolism and will train your self discipline. Working out is too important for humans to not do it.
