Burnout
I almost forgot to mention, I have been workout out lately! I guess I forgot because I’m not doing it the way I like. I really let myself go this year, as I’m sure we all have. It’s hard to eat healthy when the rest of your family pretty much eats anything. Not that it’s a bad thing but, when I workout out I prefer to have protein shakes, yogurt, granola, etc. It makes me feel a lot better. I’m typing this as I eat a bowl of macaroni. Currently I am deciding on whether or not I want to go on a water diet. If you hadn't heard, it’s when you only drink water for a week. I have had friends do this, but for religious purposes. So I don’t see the harm in this. I think I know my body well enough to take precautionary measures. Felling confident is the greatest emotion someone can feel and that’s all I really want right now. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I am me and no one else can change that. I will always be me, and you will always be you! Remember who you are guys.
