Howdy! Here’s a ankle support recommendation! I just started exercising again for the first time in a long time and I was experiencing some ankle pain. If you walk, run, skateboard, play sports, or just have weak ankles you probably know what I mean. I tried the Assured brand ankle supports (available in a 2 pack at most dollar trees) and you can’t beat the price! However, they didn’t quite offer me enough support. The next brand I tried was Coralite, available here: x and here: x they’re a really great affordable option at around five dollars apiece, they offer good support and they come up fairly high which I personally like but isn’t everyone’s preference. The downside though is that they only come in one size, and, as an elastic based ankle support, they can run small. So, that being said, if you have a little more to spend I also really recommend Senteq brand ankle supports available here: x they’ll run you about fifteen dollars apiece, they ride low, they’re not bulky, and the best part is they range in size from Small to XXX-Large so you can find the size that fits you best!
