For me, queer is power and anger and pride. It’s fuck you and your respectability politics and forced assimilation. It’s a battle cry and acceptance. It’s a community and hope and the biggest fuck you out there. It’s inclusion. It’s my crazy crippled trans bi aro being in all of its flaws and joy and glory.
I’ve been told by my family that I CAN’T be nonbinary and I CAN’T be asexual and that people aren’t born as anything other than straight, so I feel this. Queer is my anger and power, as well as the comfort of inclusiveness.
