This one's pretty sad, but he'll be very lonely in old age. Vampires can live for as long as they want, basically, so long as they're not killed by anyone else. Werewolves, on the other hand, have a lifespan of about 250-300 years, meaning if he chose to, Cal would outlive Bardou, even though he is younger than him.

✿ - Happy headcanon

When Cal is very happy/excited he'll repeat things in threes (ex. "I'm happy, I'm happy I'm happy!"). The same thing happens when he's nervous, but you'll be able to tell by facial expressions/body language.
