Exit 8 is built around repetition, tension and paranoia. Set in an endless underground metro corridor, it follows a man trying to escape by spotting subtle anomalies hidden in the environment.

It’s eerie, visually bold and quietly unsettling, with small jump scares throughout. If puzzle-heavy psychological horror is your thing, this film is worthba watch.

I'm SO excited for the backrooms movie but why am i JUST NOW finding about we are also getting Exit8 as a movie? I was watching a compliation just to mock shitty horror movie trailers but I'm actually excited? Is this the year of liminal horror?

Edit: i didnt realize exit8 came out last year but the movie is now coming out this month in north america.

Exit 8 gets new trailer, releases April 10

A new trailer has been released for Exit 8, which is set to release April 10, 2026.

A man trapped in an endless sterile subway passageway sets out to find Exit 8. The rules of his quest are simple: do not overlook anything out of the ordinary. If you discover an anomaly, turn back immediately. If you don’t, carry on. Then leave from Exit 8. But even a single oversight will send him back to the beginning. Will he ever reach his goal and escape this infinite corridor?
