080913; 2nd Encounter.
MTV Worldstage 2013, possibly my last EXO encounter til college ends.
I feel so blessed that I got to meet my boys again for the 2nd time this year. And the fact that my parents would actually let me attend MTV Worldstage ;~; Everything was done last minute, I originally won normal tickets even though I badly wanted the x-zone ones. But, miracles do happen, I won 4 x-zone tickets 2 days before the show. FOUR! But I felt like it didn't bring any difference since during EXO's performance, fansites stand on their stools, people's arms were flailing and stoopid annoying placards was raised up. I blame my height for everything to be honest -.-
I didn't get to see their rehearsal so I missed my chance to see Chanyeol wearing wife beaters in real life OTL I think people was standing either inside of Sunway Hotel or on top of Sunway Pyramid to see it. Dedication.
Concert starts around 7.30 and I manage to be there just in time after my prayers. EXO is the 2nd in line to perform around 8.20pm. It started raining harder during EXO's performance but lets be real, no one cares. I went yolo because I didn't even wore my poncho. They started out with Wolf ;~; as in they did the whole full performance including the intro. I would never thought that I'd be able to witness that in my entire life. Jongdae is just phenomenal ugh.
After that, they did their introduction. Kyungsoo, Chanyeol and Kris did theirs in English omg yes I heard chansoo's Engrish in real life and it's so precious I cried. Chanyeol said he loves Malaysia /snorts/ bye. And Kris' Joe "FELLIZOW" PMSL. Lay, Tao and Luhan did theirs in Chinese. I can't really remember the others' but Sehun definitely did his in Korean. That brat. Based on Tao's action, I'm 96.8% sure he was flirting with the crowd.
They performed History next. So that was my 2nd time watching my boys perform History in front of my eyes ;~; They did the mix(?) version of it. I couldn't see this one very well since I got pushed and squashed pretty badly.
3rd song is 365 SQUEAAAAALS. I swear during Chanyeol's singing part I just weeped it's so embarrassing I can feel the fans around me judging so hard. I HEARD CHANYEOL'S SINGING VOICE LIFE HOW CAN I NOT SPAZZ. IT IS REALLY FULL OF BASS AND OMG JUST EARGASMIC! The choreography is so cute and I can see the boys really enjoying themselves despite the rain. They were so hyper jumping around and waving. Fans singing along. AND OMG THEY WALKED TO THE FRONT DURING THE 2ND HALF OF THE SONG TO INTERACT WITH FANS!!! That is when I get to have a better view of my boys. I saw Sulay right in front of my cloudy eyes *-* Chen and Chanyeol was really playful. Chanyeol came to my side of the stage first and threw water from his bottle at us. It hit me and my camera even, like a lot, as if we weren't wet enough. Thank you my precious snowflake. Thank you for showering me with EXO saliva. I feel alive. Ew. And thank God my camera is still working. One REALLY lucky fan manage to snap a selca with Chanyeol when he was squatting down the other side of the stage. I'm full of envy :( Chanyeol really have an amazing stage presence. He knows how to interact with fans well. He really was having a good time all smiley. Such a fluffball! EXO's interaction with us was the best part of the night <3
Their last song was Growl. The fanchant was the loudest out of all 3 performance. Oh god I was pretty pissed at this moment because people were blocking my view >_< I didn't get to see the first part of the dance except for a bit of Baekhyun's part. I manage to find a peep hole and watch the chorus part oh god so ;;;;;;~;;;;;; The fact that I saw growl in real life. I really want to see it again. It's really a good song and the choreography is my favourite, hands down. Kai, Sehun and Yixing are amazing dancers. And so is Minseok. He is even more good looking up front. All of EXO members are. Confetti were flying around by the time their performance ended. When they were about to leave the stage, Kai and Baekhyun sort of like stripped down half of their jacket omg. I almost didn't make it. Chanyeol was just waving at everyone. Still there when everyone has gone down. He went down at my side of the stage so I get to see him just a tad bit longer ;~;
I really had a great night. EXO sang live, but the music was a bit too loud to hear them properly. Jongdae, Baekhyun and Kyungsoo's voice are just gold! I get to see EXO and showed them my support. And EXO gets to fanboy over Far East Movement. Ngl, Far East Movement totally owned the stage sorry boys >_< The only thing I'm not fond of is all the pushing and cursing. I literally got grabbed on and pushed aside by some fansite because they dropped their memory card. No worries, because we manage to find it for them. I was having a hard time trying to get out of that mess since my feet got tangled in a sea of confetti. I almost fell down.
Putting that aside, I manage to get some fancams yay! They're not all good, but I'll try to edit some footage and share it with you guys :3 I know that it's going to be at least 60% Chanyeol, heck this encounter is mostly about Chanyeol OTL My apologies. But my eyes just kept on searching for Chanyeol and just stayed there... Ahahah I don't know~
