Depending on circumstances and method of discovery we might know enough of the exoplanet to simulate its orbit. Here you can see 288 exoplanets from exoplanets.org for which we know the eccentricity and semi-major axis of the orbit, radius of the planet and(effective) temperature of the star which it orbits
