All relationships are need base.in every relation one person will expect something from other person.without expectation there will be no relationships. If you take parents and kids,if you take girl friend and boy friend relation and if you take owner and employee in every relation one person expects something from other person. There will be no relationships withouts expectations. We all need relations to get something from the other people. It can be mental or physical or material energies, which every human have. We want something from other person,it can be love,moral support,money,entertainment,thoughts,physical work etc.   We should give something to a person to get something from that person. If you want love,you have to give love or anything else to get love. If you want money you have to money or anything else to get money.

It is not necessary that you have to give money to get money, You can also give your thoughts or your car,Your food or anything else.
