He absolutely loved the fact that humans are so imaginative and are able to created their own worlds with their own rules, just like his father could. For your anniversary Cas took you to Italy since he knew how much you loved the food there. You spent the entire day visiting all the sights in Rome and then he took you to a famous restaurant for a romantic dinner. Castiel simply adores you because through you he gets to see and experience the world in a while new way.
