Berlin. With every location, we thought it just couldn't get better but then... It did. And that story went for #Berlin as well. It was the celebration. It was the sentiment. It was the fact that we slept above a ZOO! That's right, our hotel was right above a #zoo and I even had a #hammock to sleep in! There were beds too but you can do the guessing which I opted for. We paid a visit to the Bosch Foundation location in Berlin and got to learn all about the amazing ways the Bosch Foundation is changing the world. The Foundation owns about 92% of the Bosch company but other than its ownership, they stay unrelated. It's one of Europe's largest foundations associated with a private company and invests around 70 million euros annually in supporting approximately 800 of its own as well as third-party projects in the fields of international relations, education, society and culture, in addition to health and science. Since its founding back in 1964, the Foundation has used more than 1.2 billion euros for charitable activities. Robert Bosch was a hell of a man. To this day, 66 years after his death, you can still feel his character and values throughout his entire company and foundation which SPANS THE WORLD (not to mention runs a good portion of it). In 1918, he wrote a letter to a friend saying he'd give a fortune to prevent another war in Europe which would have been right in the height of WWI. This is just the beginning of the amazing lessons you'll find from this excellent human being. Finally, the entire department of Bosch and Neteye who had a part in creating the campaign came to Berlin where we danced the night away on a boat while floating down the Spree. Magical, that's the word to describe it. Thank you Berlin. Thank you #Bosch #ExperienceBosch #boschregram #Germany
