Last month I had the honor of joining @winebcdotcom and a group of journalists on an incredible tour of the Okanagan Valley. It was unique, outdoorsy, and full of plenty of bubbly. By the way, what’s going on in this photo is called a sabrage, or blading — a process where you open a bottle of champagne with a sword.
