Looking back over the last year has been a real journey of ups and downs for me & my close friends. We have lost, we have gained, we have cried, we have laughed. 2018 was quite a wade through mud at times and I still feel that my feet get stuck from time to time when I look at the whole elephant in front of me.... but I know that if I explore that elephant bit by bit it will be easier.
