beach days, child plays, dragon boat race, night markets, explorations, family feasts thank you for showing us your far east.
we had the best dragon boat festival ever with our friends in taiwan, with a dragon boat race in the pool (ocean was too wavy), selfmade zongzi and a huge feast with my friend’s extended taiwanese family. we fell in love with this island!
thank you for showing us your taiwan! ❤️ at last year’s dragon boat festival ( 端午節 / duānwǔjié) our taiwanese/canadian friends invited us to their apartment in kaohsiung and to a few beach days in kenting national park. they treated us to all insider taiwan secrets (which mostly revolve around food 🤗✨, right up our alley😜) and showed us the most beautiful parts of the island’s south. exploring a new country with befriended locals is amazing! // danke, dass ihr uns euer taiwan gezeigt habt! ❤️ letztes jahr zum drachenbootfestival haben uns unsere taiwanesisch/kanadischen freunde in ihre wohnung in kaohsiung und zu ein paar strandtagen im kenting national park eingeladen. sie haben uns mit dem besten taiwan-insidertips betraut (die sich hauptsaechlich um essen drehen🤗✨, genau unser ding😜) und uns die schoensten ecken des suedens taiwans gezeigt. es ist so wundervoll, ein land mit befreundeten locals kennenzulernen!
