Exploring The Core goes to the classroom!
As I prepare to go back to the classroom to teach 3rd grade, I know I’ll need to prepare some review of the prior year’s skills. However, schools only provide resources for your grade level (and I’m thankful to have them!).
I decided to swipe through my app (www.ExploringTheCore.com) to see what skills to prepare basic activity-style assessments for and found it to be really quite simple. With the help of my own app, I was able to quickly go through and organize standards-based activities according to specific skill sets with which my kiddos should be bringing with them in to 3rd grade.
