Ah yeah, this guy, yeah no I did make lore for him, and he was originally gonna be a bit more prominent, but... y'know...
He used to be Desby's co-worker, another hitman for hire while also taking any posted bounties for the chance to get extra cash. The two were proper pals, getting drinks with one another, sometimes both just sitting under the two "suns" of the Spirit Realm, smoking cigars, passing slow days by. However, unlike Desby, who only does the job for the money, Damien is a bit more on the sadistic side, getting more enjoyment out of the thrill of the hunt than the monetary reward. This resulted in Damien sometimes killing bounties that didn't need to be killed, thus wasting the entire mission the two had. This strained their friendship to the point that Damien had left Desby's side and has instead struck himself as a rogue vigilante who hunts down any "ne'er-do-wells" whenever and however he pleases. But don't get him wrong, he's no evil hunter that'll shoot an innocent. He'll just do so once you've given him enough reason to.
Desby refuses to acknowledge any acquaintance with him, while Damien himself believes Desby had gone "too soft" over the years. While Damien has no idea about the Locke situation, if he has, he'd totally be gloating over to Desby about how he should've just killed Locke then and there to save himself the trouble.
