i don’t understand how i feel about sex because i like the thought but i don’t always like being touched and lately i haven’t been in any sort of mood anywhere close to wanting someone to touch me and when i do have sex it’s fine but i just? i feel like i think it is more important to me than it actually is

I finally deleted the numbers of certain people from my phone.

it seems really stupid that I ever kept them in the first place, but it has all been irrational and useless hope? It's been over a year and I need to force myself to move on or else this is going to hurt me forever.

I still feel some attachment and loyalty which is something I am desperately trying to get rid of.
