Of the many kinds of Extra Deck monsters in Master Rule Yugioh, you think you've a least favorite?

Do you think that Extra Deck monsters could have “cannot be Special Summoned” in their card text and still be viable with proper support? By “cannot be Special Summoned,” I mean there is no method to Special Summon it listed on the card.

That mostly sounds like cards that would be Instant Fusion, Ready Fusion or Dogmatika toys.

The closet things to what you're mentioning are like, Rank-Up Xyz who have nominal materials but they're basically implausible to ever summon that way, and the Masked Heroes who have no actual materials and just nominally mention Mask Change et al.
