The final episode of my tart week and today it’s all about passionfruit. It’s a passionfruit cremeux with a pate de bombe, an almond sponge, an almond and white chocolate praline, a runny passionfruit & vanilla gel and a vanilla sable. All great recipes, so enjoy guys!

This extraordinary behavior (where the whale treads water!) is thought to have developed because pollution has made the Gulf of Thailand a hypoxic environment. Sewage outflows from the land have caused all the oxygen in the water to be used up, except at the surface. This means the whale’s fish prey can only live in this surface layer. By treading water and keeping the corners of their mouth below the surface, a flow is created pulling the fish into the whale's mouth. Our planet's drive for seafood through overfishing has killed many more than acceptable! Yearly we kill 170 metric tons of fish and the leatherback is just one of the many species killed as by catch! While most of leatherback nests on the beaches all over the world have been harvested for decades, some places like Florida have banned this practice long ago. YouTube Celebrates Extraordinary Growth of Bengali Content on Its Platform

As more users get online, YouTube is witnessing staggering growth in the consumption of content in native Indian languages. Content categories such as dance, comedy, music, news, food, tech and learning are on the rise, with Bengali language content growing at 100% y-o-y in watchime.

Thankful Day 2: A very ordinary way to experience God’s extraordinary love

1. Tiny Pumpkins - They are a perfect weight and a perfect orange color. So circular and decorative. I love them. 

2. Fans - I lived in a dorm room that I can barely control the temperature in. Fans are a gift. 

3. House Shoes - another dorm things, you never go to the restroom without shoes. Fuzzy shoes make it ok to get up in the cold. 

4. Coffee - My roommate came up with this one. She also made me a coffee drinker. She’s cute and she really loves her coffee and I love really love her. She calls me her coffee soulmate. 

5. The W Flag - THE CUBS WON. I CAN NEVER GET OVER IT. I have the W flag hanging up in my room that my dad and I actually used at the Wrigley Field World Series Home game (not THE winning one, but a winning one none the less). It’s amazing. 

Thank you God for giving me tiny pumpkins, fans, house shoes, coffee (but really my roommate), and a Cubs World Series win to decorate my tiny little box of a living space.
