Introduction :
This R-VF/E machine is an automatic monoblock liquid fillers. It is capable of filling small containers including eye/ear drops. This machine consist of nitrogen air filling, liquid filling, plugging, and capping.
FEATURES:
1.Filling tolerance is within ±1% , speed from 30 to 150 bottles/min
2. Movement of filling station from the bottom to prevent spills
3. This machine is controlled by a PLC, no bottles are feeded → no liquid is filled. no liquid is filled → no plugs are inserted. no plugs are inserted → no caps are capped.
