Had a little bit of a Week, so I'm just posting pictures from visiting my parents now. Jossy got to meet some new friends, since my mom started a small doll collection. Vabysmo (left) and Eyelea (middle) are cousins whose moms are sisters and they often visit their grandma who lives on the reservation {name redacted because it's real and right next to my parents' city}. They don't have a specified tribe because there are three that live on that reservation and a lot of intermarriage has happened, so it's not always clear cut. Vabby's dad is Black and Eyelea's dad is Pacific Islander and they're both in rodeos, so the girls stay with their grandma when their dads go out of town. They have a pet Alpaca who has yet to be named and sometimes get to sleep out in their grandma's tipi. They were happy to show Jossy around and eat the goldfish and pop tarts she brought to share (not pictured because I took them out after this).
This was obviously originally Kaya's tipi, which is funny because I didn't know she'd gotten it when I decided to bring Jossy to visit.
It was a hot week and I don't sleep well in unfamiliar places, so I only felt up for taking dolls on an adventure once, but here Jossy and Vabby got to check out some cacti. Don't worry, they were careful not to touch them.
