hello! this is a blog dedicated to recording and celebrating friendships and platonic love. inspired by blogs such as @this-is-trans-joy, @thisisexorsexism, and other This Is ___ blogs.
in a world where romantic love and romantic relationships are portrayed as "more than friendship," i wanted to create a space where people can recognize the values of platonic love, too. i also wanted this blog to be a source of joy.
any example of platonic love is welcome here, whether it be your own experiences or examples from media. send your platonic love stories through the askbox or through submissions. please specify source media if you’re talking about fictional friendships. queue is currently set to two posts a day, but if the queue is empty, i might just post an ask as soon as i see it.
