Long post of very belated Ask replies after years away

*resurfaces super confused by the new layout* Hi all, I have been well over the 2-3 years break from tumblr! I had only been using twitter and bsky and felt overwhelmed to manage more space. I'm very sorry for pushing back answering messages for this long :(

DnD campaigns made me a lot more chatty and less anxious in general so I will just do it - answering Asks all the way back to late 2019.

I actually tried reopening an online store in 2024 and A Lot of troubles happened with my payment processor so I don't think I will sell anything online again anytime soon :( Appreciated the interest!

It's never too late to appreciate the boys!!!!!!!!!!!! I have drawn them kissing but only posted like one out of mmmmmany hidden among my sketchbooks. You gotta come to my house to see them all- (/jk) Thank you for making me think about them on a skate and a swim though!!! I will think!! about these!!!!!!

The orphan finally finding enough comfort in someone to call mother is so oooooorgh I'm so happy for him ;__;; He's such a precious son!! Deserving of all love no matter how old the game is!!!

I've never truly moved on from eo2u, the essence of my favorites from this game remain in my more recent OCs and I still think about the hungry guild daily! ;w; Hope you are still enjoying GBF and eo2u!! Chloe (Raen) - SGE/PCT - She has that "I'm a healer but..." essence but also still possess whimsy of a child so I want to see her paint her imaginations...

I used to be very self-conscious abt my art having rlly thick lines but your art gives me sk much hope!!! Thank you for inspiring me and keep up the great work!!

I wanted to answer asks in a bulk but this one needs its own spot because I actually felt the same about my thick lines last year. I got rejected by a certain industry and one of my freelance clients said it would have been better if I drew with thin lines etc. I had a rough time trying to accept my progress in art... Eventually, I overcame it and seeing your message made me feel even better!

I’m very glad my art inspired that positivity for you! Please continue to make the art that you truly enjoy and not try to change yourself just because it’s considered “better” to do so by others <3

Have you played the EO V demo yet? And if you have, what are your thoughts on it? (p.s. I love you and your art.)

Yes I did!! I still haven’t finished it (just reached floor 3). I shouldn’t be answering this ask when my mood isn’t very good but I want to be honest with my favorite series so hoo here I go

THE POSITIVE

- THE BGM IS GOOOOOOOOOOOD- CHARACTER CREATION- i love camping and adventure episodes! it gives so much more life to the labyrinth!!- ko’d member still receiving exp from completed quests and getting revived after staying at the inn is the best QoL improvement ever...- weapon and armor upgrades!!! i hate tossing old weapons away so i love this- i like it when the difficulty is kicking my butt hard

kinda negative:

- the less vague written dialogues felt off for me because my party’s supposed to be silent so i can make headcanons of what they are saying. like pls...pls don’t tell me what my fencer is saying, it can get ooc- the voices sound like only 4-5 people with different dialogues and slightly different tones... it’s pretty good but i might eventually turn it off bc i can’t tell the difference among my three male members- probably unpopular opinion, the new ui design is more confusing than helpful with all the extra colorful sparkles and symbols (while draining colors away from the map icons until i use them...) i’d rather they keep it the same way with minor changes ;_;

Despite the longer sentences for negative points, I’m still excited for the full game!!
