ここ数日、「左の肩、めっちゃ痛いっ😫🗯」という状態で、何も出来ずにいました。ついに五十肩⁉️🤭💧と怯えながら整形外科に行きましたら、上のような顛末でした💦肩だと思っていた肩の先の丸い所は腕だそうで、きつい筋肉疲労とのことです🥲
