Fashion-Architecture-Textiles

A collaborative project created for these skill sets to engage in a week-long project to create something that paints a vision that integrates all courses. My group brainstormed heavily in the first two days and had plenty of ideas as to what our final piece should look like. After taking inspiration from Poole high street, we wanted to create a meeting point, a shelter with atmosphere and ‘texture’. With our key word being texture we created an animated gif that was projected onto the inside of the shelter which was then covered with texture with the help of the textiles students. It was an interesting project to be a part of, as we work individually throughout the fashion course, I think it was key to participate in the project and listen to other creative minds.
