I like to joke about the idea that everyone had to be really dense to not notice the attraction at least from Madara's side (since Hashirama is a proficient liar who can explain that he just likes to come over his best friend house to enjoy tea once in a while) but if this was how he described battle on a regular basis, I can understand that it may become hard to notice when Madara crosses battle enjoyment to sexual gratification.
Jokes on them, this masochist adrenaline addict doesn't know either.
Poor Tsunade, she definitely didn't want to hear anyone talk about her grandpa like that...
(also, yes, I only drew her and Gaara, and not the rest of the five Kage, because I'm a coward and I didn't have the courage to draw them as well, so just imagine they are off screen, just as bewildered (maybe Mei has a nosebleed...))
