Cai always had a very rocky Home life, being forced to take care of their younger siblings since their parents were too busy using drugs and drinking they became the main provider for their siblings. They did whatever they could to do so, taking odd jobs here and there. Their real passion was music so they started off with that and went from there.
As They got older they were a musician by day, sex worker by night. And for a while this kept the lights on and the fridge full. At one of their night time gigs they offered a contract with a man who promised them the world. They were 18 at the time and very naive. They didn’t know they were signing their soul to the devil incarnate.
For years they were contractually obligated to do both. Perform and write songs like a normal musician but if their manager needed them too they were to be sent out to clients of their manager. Cai’s biggest selling point was that they could give a great musical performance and then “perform” backstage for investors, producers, and any other important people that needed to be seen.
Meanwhile, Cai and his band mates to the public eye were just a regular band out in London and they were getting fairly big for where they started. However They never really saw much of the money they were promised. What they got they gave it to their siblings when they were aloud to see their family.
The only way Cai could find any escape were the Drugs and the alcohol they were given by those they surrounded themselves with. One night during a hookup, Cai couldn't help it. In a fit of rage mid session they put reached for the ice pick and stabbed a client. Running out of there as soon as they could, taking all the money they could from the clients money. And suddenly they got a horrible idea, they would do this to most of if not all their clients *if* the opportunity presented it self. And OH boy did it, almost too much.
One night, Their manager confronted Cai about all the Clients that were going missing. When Cai wouldn't talk, Their manager Pinned Cai down had his way with them. They finally snapped and fought back. Taking their weapon of choice. and ice pick from the mini bar and ending their managers life swiftly.
They dropped off as much money as they could to their siblings, Told their band mates they were finally free and just left. They've been running since.
They have been labeled ‘the ice pick killer’ to true crime fans. No one has linked Mordecai Pluto the famous singer to these death’s however.
Cai has simply told their fans that they are on an indefinite hiatus and that that band is taking time away from one another.
