I've used soft claws on my cat and he did pretty ok with them but he's a pretty chill/weird cat with no compulsive scratching problem (used them to prevent scratching of a new dog). They stay on forever if you glue them on properly and my cat would forget about 'em. Every once in a while he would chew one off and we'd just replace it. The glue doesn't seem to be harmful either, which I was sorta worried about. If your cat isn't too stubborn, then the soft claws will definitely benefit you.
I totally blanked on replying to you, sorry!! Thanks so much, it's good to hear from a person who I know isn't just trying to make the product look good for sales, haha. I heard that they have a risk of getting stuck and damaging the cat, which is what was worrying me the most about them. But I imagine if the instructions are followed correctly that won't be a problem. My cat is kind of a spazoid, so getting them on him may be a feat in itself! Thanks again, I'll probably give them a try when I get some extra cash. c:
