British Grand Prix, 2018 "Come on, you're the Prime Minister. Surely you can come, no?" They'd done this every year, but Seb would never stop trying. Besides, it's kind of fun to see Jenson's reaction every time. "I could ask—" "Do not ask Britta." Jenson cut him off, because even the Prime Minister of England knew not to mess with Britta Roeske. "But, sir. It's only one weekend from the entire year. That's all I'm asking." He watched Jenson fought every instinct on his body to not fold at the way Seb just called him sir. "Maybe, I'll work something out." It was the only thing Jenson could say in the end. Now imagine Seb's surprise when he noticed who's going to give him his 1st place trophy. "Please welcome the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Mr. Jenson Button." There he was, in the most well fitted suit Seb had ever seen Jenson wore (and there were a lot of suits) walking towards Seb with the first place trophy that he earned. When he was close enough, however, Jenson made a gesture of giving Seb the trophy before pulling it back. "Not quite." Jenson simply said before reaching for Seb's face with his free hand, and kissed him. Right in front of hundreds of thousands of people watching all around them. But Seb was too far gone to actually care, he barely even registered all the cheers and gasps coming from below the podium. Jenson then once again pulled back giving him a wink (supposedly, the prime minister can't wink! put that in the press) and that cheeky smile of his that only Sebastian Vettel had the rights to see. Then, he finally gave him the trophy. "Congratulations, Mr. Vettel." Jenson said in his most firm and professional tone possible, looking all pristine and confident like he didn't rock Seb's entire world just then.

ohhh, id say that he is an aggressive driver that is unkind and mean to everyone off the track, which is NOT true at all

I'm confused why do people hate Danica Patrick

I want to write an entire dissertation length response to this tbh.

The tl;dr is that she is not the best representative of women in Motorsport. I don’t like to use this term, but she’s very much a “pick me girl” when it comes to her own experience in racing. She tends to be of the opinion that she is unique and has some sort of special personality that suits her to racing that other women don’t have.

She has made some disparaging remarks about the F1 academy. She did the Sky Sports children’s broadcast and had a young girl on. During that broadcast she made some pretty sexist comments about the ‘feminine mind’ not being suited to racing.

Those are only 2 concrete examples. In general, she has a reputation for saying questionable things. Actual F1 world champion Jenson Button is often visibly annoyed by her.

I think a lot of the beef with her is also with Sky Sports. There are PLENTY of women in Motorsport who would make great pundits and it’s disappointing that the person they chose tends to have a negative view toward other women in Motorsport.
