“Okay! so!” Aurora looked down at her phone to organize the shopping list she had made for the Amber and Miguel’s twins. There was no doubt in her mind the little ones would be spoiled by all of their friends but Aurora wanted in on the phone too. Talking to no one in particular, she switched from the google drive to the store registry, scrolling through all the available items. “Oh this is so cute. They’re going to have such a beautiful nursery!” Aurora practically gushed to herself only to bump into someone as she turned the corner. And lo and behold, here was the person of the house. “You know, if you don’t play the loteria after this, then it’ll be a waste.” Aurora chuckled and tucked her phone into her bag. “I was just thinking about you! Look at you glow!”

Woken  |  6.24.15  |  Amryl

The little blonde had woken far sooner than any of them had expected.  She woke with a start to the steady sound of beeping machines.  She’d been taken of the medically induced coma a little over and hour ago but they expected it to at least take three hours for her to come to. The room was empty aside from the doctor going over her charts and immediately she began to panic.  Her heart rate increased and she began questioning him, ignoring the questions he asked her, screaming at him, making demands through teary eyes about knowing where her sisters where, knowing where Quinn was while wheezing and throwing herself into such an utter state of disarray that by the time he finally got the picture and attempted to find one of her sisters she was hyperventilating.  Her main concern was Quinn because all she could recall was ‘Again I do not care.’ before the car spun out of control.  She needed to know her younger sister was okay, she had to see with her own eyes... she barely even registered the damage that had been done to her own body.  “WHERE ARE THEY?!”

Midnight Bath | 5.29.15 | Amryl

Meryl had spoken with Amber to let her know she was on her way back from the boathouse.  She didn’t really want to be around the lake house right now.  Instead of entering through the deck and into the kitchen as she normally would, she entered through the lower level and went through the game room up the first and then the second flight of stairs, bypassing the second level all together.  She went straight for the bathroom closest to their bedroom because she could see the steam seeping out from beneath the door.  When she slipped inside, the bathroom was dimly lit and the claw foot tub was filled with hot lavender scented water and the perfect amount of bubbles.  A small smile tugged at the corner of pink lips.  Amber was so good to her.  Hazel eyes didn’t catch sight of her sister but slowly she began to undress, taking in the sight of herself in the full length mirror was almost horrific especially the hand print around her neck.  Starting tomorrow she vowed to break out her airbrush make up kit but for now she just stared at the damage finding herself unable to move.

[Nick walked over to the Clayton dorms, it was still a little cold outside but not as bad as it had been during the week. He looked for room 110 and rubbed his hands together to warm them. He'd changed quickly into some light jeans and a shirt, his coat buttoned up to his neck. It was his first time meeting Amber and he didn't want to scare her off. Nick gently knocked on her door and waited for the reply.]
