[004 || not needed but needed ]
In about an hour? Kylo felt the adrenaline surge through him-- it was unexpected, but he didn’t bother question it. He fled out of his room and jumped in the shower to wash away all the sweat that lingered from the workout. It didn’t take long, he found himself in his clothes, hair still damp as he messaged Rey back that he would be leaving his apartment soon. When he no longer appeared like a wet dog, he left the apartment and made his way down the lift.
The forced pause made him reflect on just how his heart hammered in his chest, and the deep breaths he had been taking. Why was he so drawn to Rey? If she had been any other person on campus, he would have been ignoring the unnecessary texts, even telling them in person to not bother him with small talk. It was like he was in some off-putting teen rom-com he found himself avoiding constantly when searching for something mind-numbing to watch on his downtime.
It was cloudy, though not pouring with rain like the last time the two were together. His lips twitched at the memory of the hoodie nearly swallowing her whole.
It Takes a Zoo || [Klaine]
Tagged: Blaine Anderson & Kurt Hummel ( @thetalentedkurthummel )
Location: Hummel residence & Bronx Zoo
Timeframe: July, 20th, 2019 - approx 10am
General Notes: It’s Serena’s second birthday, and Kurt and Blaine decide to take her to the zoo. Things get not only awkward, but hectic.
TW: possible mentions of anxiety & depression
Blaine’s fingers tightened around the leather-bound steering wheel and his heart slammed against his chest. One day, one full day with just Kurt and his daughter. Honestly, he would have preferred to have just let Kurt go on his own, but that would have meant that Blaine put the divorce before his own daughter, and he would have missed out on actually spending time with her because of sheer pettiness. No, he was not going to let that happen. Blaine would just have to put on a fake smile and push through the day. Thankfully, Serena would just make the experience a lot more bearable. He knew that the moment his eyes set on his daughter, everything else would become white noise. If Blaine was honest with himself, his daughter was the person who held him together and kept him from becoming a complete shell. He strove to better himself just so he could be a part of her life.
Once he arrived at the zoo, sent a quick message to Kurt, letting him know that he would wait in the car-- it was far too humid to wait around outside. Blaine instead leaned back in his seat and played a game on his phone, his eyes occasionally darting to the wrapped gift for Serena that was still sat up on the passenger's seat. Strangely enough, he was nervous that the two year old would not enjoy the gift, even though most babies and toddlers enjoyed anything that was given to them. Still, the thought still prodded in the back of his head that the gift was not enough. He would just have to get her a stuffed animal inside, even if it would most likely be very overpriced.
hi everyone! I drew art with a cultist (or is it Silas himself?? who knows)

When you leave the tower on the street, always carry bear spray with you. Well, if not from the tower, but just outside, then wear it too. And if it's dark, then take a flashlight, okay? Be sure to take it. Don't forget to call in the morning. Didn't you forget to check in? Check in, I didn't see you check in. Light the stove, or you'll freeze. Just melt it with wood, not with yourself, okay? If you get hungry, you'll, well, eat there, okay? By the way, when you go to bed, don't forget to cover yourself with a blanket, okay? Also, put your head on the pillow at night, okay? Don't forget to wear fleece socks. When you leave the tower, don't forget to come back, okay? Don't forget to wish the bugs a good appetite before they start biting you, okay? #&₽N€÷1!%...
And yes, I have a headcanon. Connor can be overprotective and talk too much about obvious things. He's always trying to remind someone of something.🥹

ALMA MATER | F2F BLAINCHEL
Even though it was a Friday Rachel found herself at school, lying out on the stage with different pieces of paper spread out around her. As it is her senior year she has to do a thesis and she decided on directing her own show. It was a bit out of her comfort zone but she is looking forward to the end result. She is most looking forward to Blaine stopping by with a latte and biscotti. It was incredibly generous of him and she can’t wait to learn more about him and really establish their friendship, after all it would be their first time hanging out together, not at his place of employment.
She sits up when she hears the doors open at the back of the auditorium and finds a smile coming to her lips. “Hi Blaine! I’m glad that you could make it. Come sit down!”
A TIME FOR EVERYTHING → DANTANA
If you open up any guide on how to make a relationship work, one of the first things you will stumble upon is this – don’t lie and don’t keep secrets from one another. Up until this point, it had been very easy for Santana not to bother about that advice. If anything happened in her life, Dani would be the first to know. There was no point in having a girlfriend if you couldn’t bitch to her about everything, right? Or so she would have thought, until the day Gunther kicked her ass out of the diner. There had been a couple of situations where she’d been running late, and despite having called ahead to clear it with the guy, he wasn’t very understanding.
When he pulled out several hours from her pay-check, claiming it was for her lost hours spend roaming the streets trying to get her ass to work on time, Santana had lost it. What she’d yelled, she still wasn’t certain of but half had been in Spanish and none of it had been polite. Perhaps it shouldn’t have surprised her that he’d kick her to the curb for the outburst, but it still somehow did. For whatever reason she couldn’t recall, she’d gone back to the loft that night and pretended like nothing had happened. If she played it cool, she’d be able to make it sound like she’d quit once she’d found something new. It was a solid plan, and one that resulted in no explaining of her fired ass.
No one had been hiring. Hours had been spent handing out her resume, but either the places were fully staffed, or promised to give her a call if something would come up. Nothing had come up. Nothing. Santana’s bank account was slowly dying, and she knew she’d be screwed and forced to take a cut out of her savings when rent was due. After another day of job hunting, she’d treated herself to lunch and overheard a few girls talking, and listening in had paid off. One place was hiring, and despite the opinions of her friends and loved ones, she knew it was worth it to not fall face first into the dirt.
Dani was already waiting for her at the loft, and she hauled her way up the stairs. Taking a deep breath outside the door, she made sure her jacket covered any signs of her uniform. She’d been an idiot not to bring her jeans with her, but she hadn’t planned on the girl to show up before she got in. Pushing the door aside, she forced out a smile as she yelled through the apartment while kicking off her heels. “I stink like the fryer, so give me a second.” Perhaps her excuse hadn’t been needed, since her pace through the apartment probably made it hard for anyone to hear her as she vanished behind her curtains.
It took her no time at all to discard the orange hot-pants, kicking them beneath her bed and letting the tank top follow suit. Without even taking a second look, Santana pulled out the first jeans she could get her hands on, and threw on a clean top from her drawer. One quick once over in the mirror made her nod at her reflection, before pushing the curtains aside with a sigh. “So, what are we talking about, or do I even bother to ask?” Her voice wasn’t teasing as she slumped down on the couch next to Dani, instantly leaning in to press a kiss to the girl’s lips with a mumbled ‘hi’. She’d tell her eventually, when things were easier and she’d figured out how to explain the situation.
[ faberry ] Face to face
Q: It's hard to stay calm and composed when Miss Rachel is coming back today after days in New York. Quinn knows herself (and her sister) well enough to stay in her room for most of the morning, just because she knows any badly-disguised fretting would make the older Fabray ask questions, and Quinn hates lying to her. So she only braves the outside world for her chores and church, and then when she decides her nerves aren't getting any better while she's holed up in her room.
Miss Berry has a sweet tooth and Quinn likes a challenge, so she's been trying her hand at vegan versions of some of her favorite desserts. Of course, some were... less than edible, shall we say. A few were reasonably tasty. But today she wants something so delicious her favorite Domme will think long and hard before leaving her again. Not that she's about to tell anyone that.
In between checking near-obsessively for the text signaling Miss' return, Quinn's been putting together what she hopes will be a serious contender for the title of best molten Mexican hot chocolate brownies ever baked - with or without eggs. The kitchen smells delicious (if she may say so herself), and now she just has to wait for the oven to finish and... "Have you seen the coconut milk?" Marley just shakes her head, and Quinn frowns just so. She's sure she took it out of the pantry along with the rest of the ingredients.
"Are you sure?" Marley is already making her way to the door, and Quinn can only sigh and keep rummaging through the jars and bottles on the counter in search of the apparently invisible milk. "Can you help me, please?" The younger sub doesn't look too convinced. "I can't give Miss a brownie without some whipped cream on top."
