SAM

Sam had been thinking about the night all day, stirring over what movie to pick to bring along for the little movie night he and Penny were having. He had been torn between something genuinely in the horror category, or playing it safe and working his way up to something else a little later on. In the end, the less scary option weighed out; if she wasnt completely traumatised then maybe she'd be interested in doing it again, and Sam liked that idea way more than scaring her to bits tonight. So he settled for the classic, Alien. It was technically still within the horror category, but it wasn't that bad. He knew Penny liked space type things, they'd already had discussions that involved Star Wars, and who wasn't a fan of Sigourney Weaver? The woman was a badass. If she was still scared, then Sam would just have to do his best to protect her, something he really didn't have a problem doing.

Sam thought she was incredibly cute, tucking her head into his shoulder to hide from the screen midway through the film. This was still too much, he noted mentally as his focus left the television screen and instead landed on the redhead beside him. Even his arm wrapped around her seemingly did nothing to ease her fear. Part of the blonde was slightly disappointed in not being able to help in that sense, but a bigger part of him revelled in having a cute girl so close; there was no denying that he was fond of her, though he was still nervous about making a wrong move and scaring her away. "We can turn it off if you want to," he offered even if the idea of losing their close proximity kind of sucked.

Lena: really wasn't sure how to feel about going over to Puck's place. So much had gone on recently and things felt weird. He knew her secret. She had willingly told him. With her bag over her shoulder, having packed it just in case, she made her way over, happy to be able to get around on her skateboard again. Knocking on the door to the Puckerman residence she sighed.

WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE

Sylvie couldn’t remember the name of the town they were in but the only place that seemed to be good to eat that wasn't mcdonalds was at the local bar. A non-fast food burger and some fries sounded good after the day on the road. With Matt in the bathroom, Sylvie did the ordering for them. Two burgers and two fries - her burger with extra cheese. She smiled to herself as the waitress walked away, only for someone to slide into the booth across from her that wasn't Matt. "Um. Hi." She greeted sort of awkwardly. "That seats sort of taken." But her words seemed to go in one ear and out the other as he started to hit on her.

F2F || [JJ & Blaine]

It did turn out to be late - like, dead late, late to the point of feeling like he’d practically bought out the coffee house had it not been the lonely couple heartily invested in their hushed argument over a few cold lattes, stowed far in the corner with enough of a flickering bulb hanging over their heads to draw Blaine’s tired eyes their way, try as he might to mind his own business. But, when business consisted of pushing his own mug around in slow circles with the tips of his fingers until it’d turned into the world’s most boring game of table hockey with the coffee he’d ordered JJ sitting just across the tabletop, entertainment was slim pickings.

Things felt better than they had just the week earlier, and it was tough to shake that sense of guilt at having had given JJ the full extent of his coldest shoulder, no matter how brief or half hearted of an effort it’d been - and for what? Tough were the issues he’d made up in his mind, and tougher were the apologies that centered around the lame excuse that Blaine had just felt... funny. Once the tinny little bell at the door had broken the silence, he picked his head up and shot JJ a smile. “Bienvenidos, nerd,” Blaine threw an arm out and gestured towards the empty seat, grandiose as if there were really any chance he didn’t already stick out like a neon light.

FACE TO FACE → BLARREN

BLAINE: [ Blaine followed closely behind Darren as they walked to Darren's door, their fingers loosely linked together. His heart beat rapidly in his chest, unsure of the surprise the man had in store for them. They walked to dinner, making careful turns to avoid fans and things of the like if they were to turn up. The walk they had was a leisure, taking in each other's presence and chatting. There was a different air around them, and at least for Blaine, he felt something different. Maybe it's because he's finally admitted his feelings to himself because it's hard to be in denial when you're Blaine Anderson. Feelings could be admitted, but the fact he didn't want to ruin his friendship with Darren was another factor into things -- if they could even say they were 'friends'. That part was still incredibly blurry, but between the soft laughs, sweet kisses, and faint blushing, Blaine would certainly say he was happy around Darren. There was confusion and a lot of grey areas, but avoiding those pieces, he was very very happy. ] "So... About this surprise?" [ he teases, eyes wide, innocent, curious, but his lips are parted and his chest slowly rises and falls with an expectation of arousal. ]

Jesse: headed back to Willcox, a takeout bag in one hand. He had driven twenty minutes to go get his boyfriend French toast simply because he'd asked, and Jesse was starting to realize that he would do anything for Bentley simply because the man asked. He headed back into the apartment, setting the takeout bag on the kitchen counter. On the way toward Bentley's room, he tugged his shirt over his head and let it drop to the floor. He shouldered the door open and paused for a moment, grinning at him. "The doctor is in, baby," he said in a low, possessive voice.

[As someone who never really celebrated Easter, Harper spent her morning like any other. A run, a smoothie, and then back to her apartment to sort through and finish all of the in-progress applications she had for her scholarships. After a quick coffee break to get some more fresh air, she was back at it and more thankful than ever that Sarah would be coming over to help her out and spend some quality time. She heard the doorbell ring, and got up from the her spot on the ground in front of her coffee table to open the door and greet her friend.]
