Kelsey had been sitting up in the Astronomy Tower a long time before she expected Ben to show up. For the most part she’d felt instantly better upon returning to Hogwarts, like most of her worries had just drifted away when she was back home where she belonged. Then the memorial services had happened though and Rose...she was so strong but she’d fallen apart so completely. It had shaken her up a little bit, if she could break so completely over some boy maybe everything Kelsey had been feeling lately wasn’t as silly as she’d written it off. So she’d brought her Ancient Runes up to the top of the tower, along with a thermos of hot chocolate and some candy. She sat there decoding the texts for hours, trying to let the menial tasks calm her brain waves.

[Kelsey stormed into the boy’s Slytherin dorms after having left Jake at the door. She could feel herself shaking she was so mad. She was pissed at Ben for lying about being gay, both because as someone who identified as bisexual it was offensive and because she didn’t like that he was using it as a defense mechanism for his own feelings. She was more upset that he was trying to make her decisions for her though, that he wasn’t even considering her feelings.] “How’s it hanging, Lance Bass?” [She spat viciously, slamming the door behind her.]

Zaya: threw on his coat and grabbed his umbrella, deciding to wait outside for Ben. As he walked down, he thought about all of the crap that had hit the fan the day before. He and Bryson were officially over, and Sunny was in the hospital recovering for malnutrition. It's definitely been stressful and as much as he craved the one thing that always seemed to ease his mind, he stopped himself from the temptation. In the end, it wouldn't make him feel any better. His head was pounding regardless that afternoon from all the crying he'd done that early dawn. It was still difficult for him to swallow the fact that Bryson had broken up with him, as much as he knew that he deserved that. Because Bryson deserved better than him, he always had. Sighing, he tried to push those thoughts out of mind and simply looked around, waiting to spot the familiar car.

Zaya: hadn't done much that evening. He'd spent his morning working out and practicing his routines for the Spring Recital, mostly more of the solo parts, then he'd come home and watched reruns of That 70's Show in his room. Glad that Ben was finally not contagious, he went to the kitchen and grabbed his box of Apple Jacks. The make walked toward the male's bedroom and walked in. "Yo, bro." He said, stuffing his hand in the box and taking a handful of the cereal in his mouth. "How you feeling?"
