Fa'ad!

What I like about them: He tries his hardest to be a good friend, even when he fails at it or does it the wrong way. His clothing is ridiculous and he’s true to who he is.

What I dislike about them: He’s so oblivious. And a little selfish.

Favourite moment: My favorite Fa’ad moment is when he shows up on Peanut at the very beginning of Running Wilde. It’s the defining moment of that whole show. Also. His singing Jester is perfect.

Least favourite moment: When he gets into a fight with Steve over immigration and Steve hurts his feelings. It kills me.

A situation with this character that I want to see explored more: His relationship with Alan Alda. Also. All of those drunken nights with Steve.

An interesting AU for this character: Instead of being Steve’s neighbor, he’s Steve’s roommate.

Blunder

I work for an aviary company. Eight feet from my desk is an aviary with two lovebirds like these guys. They’re two males that fight over the same swing all day long. One of them will perch on it and the other will swing it around while squawking. I decided their names are Gob and Tony. They have singing competitions with the cockatiel I decided was Fa’ad.
