thunderbirds :)

some more drawings of thunderbirds machines! the tea pot on FAB 1 is pretty cool actually. the TBS is kinda boring but it's a god damn hard machine to draw so i really didnt want to draw any more of it lol, FAB 1 is so fun to draw though. i tried using a few different colours to make the pink, don't know if it did much but it's pretty nice.

i based fab 1 of the OG thunderbirds but like usual there isn't much different. i like the OG vehicles better but it's mainly for the aesthetics of the series rather than the actual vehicles looking better. though TB5 does actually look nicer in the OG, i think the shape is more unique than TAG's >> ( #°)3

the perspectives for the drawings are pretty good i think :p

Colouring page pngs part three.

I made a couple of changes to the original image but one I want to mention in particular is the bonnet ornament because whoever drew the colouring page just made like a couple of lines. Like I'd understand cutting corners if it was the Spirit of Ecstasy like the original FAB 1 had because copyright or too small and complicated for a kids colouring page but... it's literally 4 simple shapes stuck together dude... Like tf is this?? What happened bro??

I also spruced up the Rolls-Royce logo to match and I discovered a little easter egg. Instead of the traditional RR logo, FAB one has this single R but the fancy calligraphy also makes it look like IR which is so clever omg.

Huh the very first thing we see in this episode is a fish. Oh and three more at the very end as well.

But Why?…why fish? Why go through so much effort to design and animate them, for it to then only appear for like 2 seconds. They don’t have any relation to the story or plot line at all.

Not that I’m complaining because, Fishy!!!!! Look Gordon!😆

In the first few seconds of Up from the Depths part 1 we see a Gulper eel. Again, Why?…

Ooh I just noticed something else. At exactly 8:15 in this video in the episode, there’s this cool sort of powering down machine sound effect during Virgil’s suit up sequence that I don’t recall happening in any other episode.

@idontknowreallywhy you know a lot about the music and sound stuff. Any thoughts?🤔

I just realised for the first time that FAB 1 only has two doors in total. One door on each side. That is so weird! Parker opens the door for Lady Penelope but then has to get in himself straight after!😂

…wait…other times I recall Parker opening the door for Penelope before closing it and getting in the other side…but that makes no sense because the front driving seat is positioned in the centre of the car…so it would have been quicker for him to just get in the same side as Penelope rather than walking around….

I’m thinking about this way too much haha!🤪

What are your guys thoughts?…
